The Process of Sanding and Refinishing a Wood Floor.

1. An estimate and consultation is conducted.

2. A stain is chosen by the customer.

3. The Sanding Process is initiated.
a. This consists of removing the finish and stain of the existing wood floor to its raw state.
b. Any gaps in the wood floor are patched with wood putty.
c. The wood floor is then sanded down for a second time.
d. The floor is then screened with an orbital buffer.

4. The stain is applied on the wood floor and allowed to dry. Then the finish is applied after the stain has dried.
